You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of any photography, graphics, or text you import into the editor. Exporting an animation from PaperAnimationLab does not grant rights to third-party assets you don't own.
Local storage & project backups
Browser storage is designed for local convenience, not as a permanent cloud vault. Always click 'Save Project' to download .paperlab.json archives of important work onto your local hard drive.

Export compatibility across editing software
All files are exported client-side according to your browser's supported hardware encoders. Test your exported ProRes, WebM, or PNG sequences on your target NLE timeline (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut) before beginning client deliveries.
