My image will not open
Use a real JPG, PNG or WebP file under 10 MB and 16 megapixels. A renamed HEIC or SVG is not a supported image. Convert the source in an image application before importing it.
My preview is slow
Close other heavy tabs and try a smaller photo. Pause the preview while adjusting the layout, then replay it to inspect the movement. GIF export uses smaller frames so it can run on more devices.
My video export stopped
Keep the tab visible until recording finishes. The editor cancels an interrupted background recording rather than silently handing you a partial clip. Your project settings remain available, so you can retry or choose a GIF.
My project did not restore
Browser storage can be unavailable in private mode or full on a busy device. Use Save project to download an independent copy. Importing a project file validates its settings and keeps the current project intact if the file is invalid.
